At TENxTEN Training, we believe anime isn’t just entertainment — it’s a blueprint for transformation. Every training arc, every impossible workout scene, every fighter pushing past their limits reflects something real in all of us: the drive to grow stronger, sharper, and more resilient.
TENxTEN bridges that gap between anime and reality. We take the discipline, creativity, and fire you see in shows like Dragon Ball, Hajime no Ippo, and Baki — and rebuild them into science-backed training systems anyone can follow. What starts as fiction becomes a program you can live.
TENxTEN Founder’s Journey
My name’s Tashan, and like many of you, anime shaped how I saw training. I grew up inspired by the relentless drive and creativity of Dragon Ball, where training was about pushing past the impossible. Later, around the time I started building TENxTEN, I discovered Baki and Hajime no Ippo. Their contrasting mindsets — Baki’s extreme pursuit of human limits and Ippo’s grounded discipline and perseverance — gave me fresh fuel to bring this project to life.
These shows reminded me of a truth found in nearly every anime: growth is born from challenge, and strength comes through persistence. That belief has guided me in my own journey:
-
Lifting heavy and chasing strength milestones (260kg deadlift, 180kg squat, 130kg bench, all at 80kg body-weight).
-
Mastering body-weight control with weighted muscle-ups and one-arm pull-ups.
-
Coaching clients of all backgrounds, from beginners to fighters and even survivors rebuilding strength.
Anime taught me that training isn’t just about the body — it’s about discipline, adaptability, and pushing past limits. TENxTEN is how I bring that same spirit to life for others.
